    1. Reservation Requirements<\/h5>
    • The reservation is only considered confirmed once Marivaning has validated the reservation and the tenant has made the
      payment of 30% of the total amount.<\/li>
    • If payment is not made within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/li><\/ul>
      2. Age and Documentation<\/h5>
      • The main driver and additional drivers must be at least 26 years of age and have a B driving license with more than
        two years old.<\/li>
      • It is mandatory to present your ID\/Passport and driver's license 48 hours prior to pick-up. If missing
        documentation, the reservation will be cancelled with the applicable cancellation conditions.<\/li>
      • Residents outside the European Union must present an international driver's license.<\/li><\/ul>
        3. Rates and General Conditions<\/h5>
        • The minimum stay is 3 days and you pay for full days.<\/li>
        • The price of the reservation includes VAT and full insurance with excess.<\/li>
        • For rentals of up to 6 days, the limit is 275 km\/day. If it is exceeded, a surcharge of 0.35 \u20ac\/km will be charged.<\/li>
        • For rentals of more than 6 days, mileage is unlimited.<\/li><\/ul>
          4. Payments, cancellations and refunds<\/h5>
          • Full payment must be made 10 days before the start of the rental period by bank transfer.<\/li>
          • Cancellation fee (must be requested in writing)<\/li>
          • Up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the deposit.<\/li>
          • Less than 15 days before: 100% of the deposit.<\/li><\/ul>
            5. Modifications and Availability<\/h5>
            • If the client wishes to modify the reservation, it must be communicated at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability.<\/li>
            • In case of force majeure preventing the delivery of the camper, Marivaning will reimburse the deposit without any additional compensation.<\/li><\/ul>
              6. Bail<\/h5>
              • A deposit of 950 \u20ac with Visa\/Mastercard is required.<\/li>
              • The deposit is returned after the vehicle has been inspected, deducting any possible damages or pending expenses.<\/li><\/ul>
                7. Data Protection<\/h5>
                • Personal data will be processed exclusively for the management of the reservation and fulfillment of obligations.
