1. Reservation Requirements

• The reservation is only considered confirmed once Marivaning has validated the reservation and the tenant has made the
  payment of 30% of the total amount.
• If payment is not made within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

2. Age and Documentation

• The main driver and additional drivers must be at least 26 years of age and have a B driving license with more than
  two years old.
• It is mandatory to present your ID/Passport and driver's license 48 hours prior to pick-up. If missing
  documentation, the reservation will be cancelled with the applicable cancellation conditions.
• Residents outside the European Union must present an international driver's license.

3. Rates and General Conditions

• The minimum stay is 3 days and you pay for full days.
• The price of the reservation includes VAT and full insurance with excess.
• For rentals of up to 6 days, the limit is 275 km/day. If it is exceeded, a surcharge of 0.35 €/km will be charged.
• For rentals of more than 6 days, mileage is unlimited.

4. Payments, cancellations and refunds

• Full payment must be made 10 days before the start of the rental period by bank transfer.
• Cancellation fee (must be requested in writing)
• Up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the deposit.
• Less than 15 days before: 100% of the deposit.

5. Modifications and Availability

• If the client wishes to modify the reservation, it must be communicated at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability.
• In case of force majeure preventing the delivery of the camper, Marivaning will reimburse the deposit without any additional compensation.

6. Bail

• A deposit of 950 € with Visa/Mastercard is required.
• The deposit is returned after the vehicle has been inspected, deducting any possible damages or pending expenses.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed exclusively for the management of the reservation and fulfillment of obligations.
